Palladium Antivirus is the latest malicious product to burst onto the net. Just like other malicious programs, it has already begun infecting a lot of computers all over the world. The first thing to do is to kill the process of the application. For the Palladium Antivirus, take note of the following processes: Palladium.exe and z.exe. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to launch the Task Manager. Once the Task Manager window is opened, find the Processes tab. Go to this part and then search for the two processes mentioned above. Once they are located, select them and then proceed to the bottom of the window and then select "End Process". This will stop the program from running. However, it's not enough to stop the whole process. You also have to delete components of the program. Deleting components of the program means deleting the application's directories. For the Palladium Antivirus, these directories should be removed: %Temp% and %AppData%. Go over to drive C and then find these directories. Scan thoroughly for other related components, they may need to be removed as well. Once everything has been located, select them and then delete them. Press Shift+Delete to do so.
